I don't have a clue what's wrong with it. It charges and decharges just like my other one but when I through it in the gun it act's like it's dead. The other one is just fine though and as I said they're both charging and decharging the exact same.

Did you grab a voltmeter and make sure it's holding a charge?
Possibly a bad connection or a break in one of the battery wires which only manifests itself when you have to bend the lead over to cram it into a gun?

I had sort of this problem with the battery from my old M4 back in the day and it simply was a bad battery. It acted like it was charging and such but it was always dead.
Your problem though sounds like what smith is suggesting, a loose contact.

Heh heh, invest in quality chargers that show exactly how much mah is going in and at what voltage and amperage.
If you aren't able to fix it by the time Wayne or I come, then we will let you use one of the techy chargers and see what is going on.
