Grenades Empty
PostSubject: Grenades   Grenades EmptyMon 10 Apr 2006, 6:25 pm

This is just an idea and I would like some feed back. I can try making grenades on the wood lathe at my place. i would just need a pattern to compare to. I can get the wood for free or really cheap. I think I could get a realistic fragmentation grenade, it would just have to be spray painted. My main consern is that we might accedintly hit some someone (In the head) when we go to through them, they would be solid wood. If I made them they would most likely be made from Birch (a hard wood). The hard part would be if we wanted the handle that comes flying off after pulling the pin. I would realy like some feed back on this and hear other peoples ideas on this one.

All I can say is ouch... for both us and vehicles.... oh and you spelled throw wrong, I think it would look cool as a load out on your vest, but in close quaters atleast we had a few guys get hit in the head with grenades, but they were just film containers with bb's in them, so nothing major...
