| There is at LEAST 2 differant compatibilites in the box of m4 mags I have. I am still working on identifing them all. So pretty high likelyhood of at least a couple working for ya. | |

| I guess I should post to both game areas.
Right now we have me and Dustin coming for sure.
Chris should be able to come pending find sitters.
3 others are sorting out times and vehicles...so there may also be a 2 vehicle convoy coming up.
We MIGHT be carrying a 4th player in other car regardless.
As we hear more from others (this evening and the week) I will post firmer details.
So we ARE coming. Don't cancel the day game while we are all working towards making it.

| I should mention I have a slight change of plan in my role this weekend. I'm not the temporary owner of a SAW M249, I'll be playing support gunner, so I think we should do a mission impossible thing where I get body armor and the biggest gun I've ever seen. So we'll enjoy a little bit of gameplay variations | |

| ok but we will have to impose a minimum engagment distance for that bad boy its shooting 400 fps and you may want to forget the armor due to the terrain but thats up to you.
by the way there is some elevation change in areas so feel free to bring snipers you guys

| careful with the gearboxes if it's below -10 or you have upgrades you should take care. From my cold playing experience (-30 was the coldest I played) a hand warmer on the battery and downgrading the gun saved me some time and repair money.
V2 boxes are just a no. | |

| Having just finished researching winter effects on airsoft guns on a bunch of differant boards, Daves advise here is the best I have seen ESPECIALLY as this is the most northern experiance I could find discussed.

| fear not the forecast calls for lows of -10 and highs of -4 on sat the 27th so there shouldnt be much in the way of mechbox problems
i will have a fire going in the cabin so we can play short rounds and warm the guns up between rounds but i doubt we will need to
also the temperature typically doesn't fluctuate as much at purden as it does in town and due to some interesting environmental effects purden is often warmer than it is in town.
