South of town playing area

I don't know about you guys but I am dying to get outside. There is still 5 feet of snow near ness lake so we won't go there anytime soon. Does anyone know of a patch of crown land that we could use. I was thinking somewhere around the blackwater. Post google map links.

Not sure if that link works but just search Larson Road. I was searching down the black water road and found it. There is a large dead end turn around with only one propert in sight. I believe the land to be crown north and east of the dead end. Piles of room to park cars etc...I am going to go searching south sometime in the next few weeks.
