I think the tappet plate in my C15 has been damaged. It quits firing occasionally and when I hit the forward assist a couple times it usually unjams and fires again. When I open up the gun and pull the trigger, the gears spin freely with no problems. The end of the tappet plate which sits against the cam on the sector gear appeared to be a bit damaged, so I tried filing off the burr which made the jamming less frequent, but it still occurs on occasion.
Anyone know if the ICS tappet plate is TM compatible? I'm thinking I'll just try throwing the tappet plate out of my SRC in it for now, just to see if it remedies the problem.
