I suck at book keeping

I think I own a magic binder. The last time I did the books for the club it was at 36.50 (may 16). After collecting fees from Chinas day (oct 7), with some still pending, we have 86.50. I have no idea how this happened. There were three twenties and some change then the money collected from Oct 7 (with $10 still waiting) so really we have 96.50. If someone can explain this to me that would be great otherwise I am going to make a note in the books and start keeping better track of our cash agian.

We did not collect any money from any Sept games. Only the 7th. Club fees were not collected this past saturday because the field owner never showed up. The binder was in my airsoft closet all summer and wasn't moved let alone opened.

I'm almost positive fees were collected that day.
