Imma guess it's borderline 400fps, i'm pretty sure the SRC Gen 3 line has M120 springs.

Spring changes are pretty simple as long as they tear down similarly to the TM.

If it's a 400 FPS spring that will be under some serious tension so keep a hand on the gearbox and careful when you take out the spring guide.

Actually that's a good bit more then 1J, it's actually 1.34J.
