New posts button

Does anyone know if there is a "New posts" function for this site? Some that can summarize the posts since your last visit, or some such?

It's on for me. Whenever I sign back in the threads that have new posts are highlighted.

Hmmm...I don't see anything like that. I am on several other AS forums(ASC,ASR, AP), and get the new stuff right away...but not here. I have to go to the front page, scroll up and down, looking for recent dates (doesnt help that the year doesnt show cause there IS some old posts here). In the end I only open up stuff that says 'yesterday' on it, cause then I KNOW its recent. And even then I have to drill down into the specific forum, and LOOK for the post

The front page has nothing highlighted. Is that were you see highlighting? The subjects, the dates...the entire line? Its all standard formatting for me.

What is the link YOU use? Perhaps that is differant...

My "new posts" feature does not work when I run a download manager, or a streaming media catcher such as "Replay Media Grabber" .

Mine works. All the new posts are highlighted. Granted, if I am not logged in, I can't see anything.

The forum highlights the same things as CGN and Airsoft Canada.

Hmm...very strange...Its good to know this is something only some of us can see. I had just accepted that this is the way this forum works up til now.

There is no DL manager or streamer software on this browser..just Firefox.

I use firefox as well, can't stand IE. Are you cookies enabled? oh nm, u said it works on asc.
