Building up the fsjairsoft team

hey just want some ideas to make our team bigger, like I joined because of that special flyer in home hardware. but what else? Flyers are one thing but like how do we manage all the new players and if we start getting them to pay? Starting a team is one thing but managing one is a whole different story. Anyones input is greatly appreciated,
