| http://www.guay2.com/web/manual/GR16Rush_manual.pdfhttp://www.pyramydair.com/s/m/G_G_GR16_CQW_Rush_Blowback_AEG_Airsoft_Rifle_Tan/2539Just worked on a gun and I must rant a little. As a gun doc I would recommend that folks stay away from this RUSH system. This is also stemming from working a few other guns that have quirky features that make them appear a little cooler but really they just seem to complicate things and if they break your neat feature is only produced by that company and will not cost whatever they feel like charging to get parts here. I would include my EBB is this rant The RUSH series uses the compressed air from the piston to push back the action of the gun. This means there is a hole in the top of the receiver that flows air into a chamber that pushes back the bolt. This is asking for trouble in so many ways 1-adding another air seal to a gun (one bad seal and your FPS dives) 2-the EBB system relies on a crazy amount of thin metal pieces not to ever bend to stay low friction enough to not catch 3-stealing air from the main thrust of the gun to get a blow back effect 4-FINICKY to work on Watch this video to get a better idea of what I am talking about https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aZPNKLZawAMy rant ends with this. Your guns first job is to put BBs accurately and reliably. Second is how it looks and realism of it ( to a certain degree of course...space guns are never cool). If you start adding features that serve the second purpose at the cost of the first...DO NOT BUY IT. Most EBB systems if they fail will not effect the guns performance, this rush series is asking for trouble at the most important airseal. Besides this feature, great gun and has some other features I wish were on every M4 AEG. Buy smart, think of the gun docs and ask lots of questions before you buy. | |

| Seconded.
G&G actually have several "blowback" models, not just the RUSH series. I had ordered a MP5SD6 MAX for a custom build for a client and it was a blowback model. This seriously complicated the build, one I had already quoted on based on every other model of MAX series I'd ever worked on was not a blowback unit. And I'm talking hundreds of individual guns through my shop I've worked on here, not a handful.
One other thing I'd like to add that HH probably hasn't seen regarding these. If you're running over 370ish or so with one of these blowback mechboxes, your mech box WILL break. Sooner or later. Even under that, the shells life span is going to be shorter due to the material missing on the top of th emechbox that would usually be there to reinforce it. This has been removed to make room for the blowback assembly. The gun can use a normal V2 mechbox shell, but some other components will have to be replaced or heavily modified to work properly, like the charging handles and faux bolt covers. The ones used for the blowback series are completely different from regular AEG parts.

| Have you seen many cracked boxes on these then? The screw pattern almost makes the cylinder end of the gun look like a V3 but those boxes definitely need more metal not less in the front.

| I see quite a few broken G&G blowbacks. Clients always want them converted to regular V2's. I just picked up and order of G&G MAX's from CAS (owners of Buyairsoft) and most of them are now available only a blowback models. This was not communicated to us retailers in the last availability/pricelist. I refused most of the order, taking only the non BB guns, and will switch most of my product line to ICS instead. | |

Will you be bringing in ICS upper receiver kits? | |

| Providing the Canadian Distributor has them in stock, yup. I've only got room for 25 or so guns on my display wall, so I'm a little cramped for what I can bring in and have on display. | |
