A Player Down

Some of you may not have been playing when Cam was playing, but some of you also know him from other areas, school and such...I am just writing this to let you know that last friday night he was in a car accident...currently he is in IC in Calgary, he is improving, but has a long haul ahead of him. For those of you that know him, if you want to send him a hello or something, send it to my email, G_Mac_freestyle13@hotmail.com I'll print them all off, I am heading down to Calgary this weekend to see him, sorry guys no game for me, but if you're a praying person, or whatever you are, maybe let your thoughts drift to a fellow airsofter who is feeling a little down....I'll try and keep you updated as best as possible if you would like.

I appreciate you posting this. Cam was an excellent fellow to play with. My best regards, wishes, prayers, and thoughts are to his full recovery.

He's doing a lot better, he's had plastic surgery, so his face is looking pretty good, the second day I was there he was up and walking around, and telling jokes, the first day i was there he was still groggy from the aneasthetic, but it's good to see him up and walking....it'll be awhile before he can play things like airsoft again, but he'll be out again...

was it major plastic surgery?

skin grafts and a lot of stitches, but nothing too major

Cam is doing really good, he's headed back to Golden this weekend to continue his electrical apprenticeship. He still has to take it easy on extreme sports for a bit, ie airsoft, but he'll be coming back to pg next spring to go back to school, and he'll be able to play then....and have lots of money to get into it from working for a year.
