| Sniper Weekend Game Date: June 11th, Sunday Game Type: Open Duration: 12-night, unless otherwise posted. Location: Busters Mill and next area further. Price: $5, this is an official game TWSmith will be up for the weekend for a wedding. Just got off the phone, Sunday is the day to play. Game Content:Game Type SThere are 2 snipers available in town now. If Gerren is able to attend any of these games then we can play Sniper/Countersniper games. Three variants to this style of game are: 1. everyone hunts down the 2 snipers, thus 2 vs. all. This will be played in restricted terrain that will be quite open. This is to teach people how to belly crawl or use the minimal cover to survive, or; 2. 2 teams, each with a sniper, whose goal is to keep their sniper alive but eliminate the opposing sniper. 3. VIP protection against snipers. This can be either players having to move a person from one spot to the another; or; protect a static object against sniper assault. The playing area will be split between the mill area and the field area. The field area is located a little further on past the mill and is a short walk, 5-10 minutes. Please bring WATER to this game due to the probable heat. Also, if you anything ghillie, please bring, this includes hunting blinds. Standard games will also be played. -Doug

| I'm in with my sniper, man it works awesome....shot Mike in the back from about 60m away, gave a nice welt...i haven't cronoed it yet....doing a clean on it and everything first....but i'm in, and I vote we play farther back in that other area, much more restricted with hills and such for sniper vantage points....and I might use that ghillie nick... | |

| i think the snipers should have spotters with them, with atlest 2 grenades, this will teach team workfor the soon to be feared sniper teams | |

| Are we playing at Buster's or Buster's 2? I would say that if it's at all possible we should meet somewhere and all drive out. Just an idea, but let me know. | |

| There is a large parking lot at Busters 1 (the mill site, not gravel) that can hold about 10 vehicles safely. Has everyone been to the mill site yet? And does everyone know where we are going? Here is an excellent map: If you are still having difficulties figuring out the directions, please let me know. I can arrange to meet elsewhere and then move up to Busters. -Doug | |

| Update:
Please, if possible, come in full gear. If you need to borrow gear, please let me know. If you have extra gear, please bring it if we have a shortage.
As a club game, I would like to start seeing a professional environment of play. Everyone has AEG's (which is quite a feat within itself, good job everyone). Now it would be nice to have a continuity of gear that will give a professional look. We are pretty much at this point right now. As a club, should we purchase some basic loaner gear to rent out at games for cheap?

| lol, totally, gotta be careful. I don't care about team insignia or camo, I just want to see people in gear, any gear. Even if we all have gear from different places around the world, it still looks better than t-shirts and jeans. As long as it isn't that blue camo. True Horton, we do have a rental page, doh. I was just thinking more along the lines of non-rental gear. Something we loan out ONCE per person. This means that if a noob shows up, they get a free gear rental as to not ruin the continuity of our games and to give them an idea of what they need to get or rent for future games. -Doug | |

| I'd be and have been willing to lend stuff out here and there. Sadly I'm fresh out of blue camo, maybe Frag secretly has been getting it all from Wayne before it hits the shelves and us "civilians" can get a hold of it. | |

| That blue stuffs suposed to be good for something I just forget what. I think its for when you have a mixture of ice and snow, but its a little thin for winter camo, Brrrr.
So we're meating by that gravel pile with the old building in it, and all those old vehicles. Oh and I have full gear now. | |
