| Ok so they look a little lame and I never really got a good look at them but they are at THE SOURCE in pinecentre. You pull the pin throw it then it goes off. Not sure if it's a timer or a motion sensor. Either way they are $20 and a great replacement for our tennis balls that we use. It would clearly mark where the grenade landed and be easier to tell if you were killed or not by it. Extremely reusable as well. | |

| Are they made of hard or soft materials?

| Great... another screecher... But hey, it looks relatively realistic, light material build, and 10x better than tenis balls! Sweet stuff.

| we had a guy using something similar in a milsim in kelowa last year as a perimeter alarm last year, it worked pretty good. when it got to the night part of the sim he pulled the pin and just threw it into where the enemy was to mess with ther hearing, but i still got mercy killed by a guy lying in the gras with an ak(his gun was shooting hot and he was glad as hell i accepted the mercy). if i can find those in kamloops i will be picking up one or two for our games. | |

| I'll see if I can pick one up in two weeks but I doubt they'll still be there. | |

| My dad picked up a couple for me. They work alright but have a rather long timer (about 15 seconds) and aren't very loud. Kind of a soft rubber material so they likely wouldn't hurt much even if they did hit a person. They definitely need a paint job though as the bright yellow and black will make me look like I'm being attacked by giant bumblebees. | |

| I was reading this thread about the sonic gernade. Have you used it at all in play? My little brother has a few of them that he liked to harrass us with. Just wondering because I have them in a box, and maybe they could be usefull, let me know. Shemagh | |

| I actually have one too, and i think they would be very useful in games where a certain target needs to be destroyed but the team has to be safely out of the way when it happens. Would prolly also work good in an ambush with pull strings. | |
