I bet AUG's arn't even an option...How the heck did I get the one airsoft I hated the most....the PSG-Ugly! So far they seem pretty fitting for most folks.

A heavier barrel to help reduce heating and recoil. Common on sniper rifles such as the M40. Notice how thick the barrel looks compared to a regular rifle barrel.

I think who ever made the quiz really has no idea about real steel, sounds like a yankee 14 year old softair. It is full of spelling mistakes and bizzare references and words. Still, it is fun

Which one? The barrel on the M700 looks a lot like the one on my 6mm (.244), although it may even be a .223. Lots of variation in calibres for M700 models. Although most sniper rifles would chamber the larger cartridges such as the 7.62 (.308) or may even use a .338.

The barrel on my .338 looks much thicker than the barrel on that m700 but not anywhere near as big as the one on the M40.

IMO to say a gun is awkward to hold is very subjective. I actually find my P90 very comfortable to hold and it's incredibly light compared to my C-15. It's totally ambidextrous and I believe it was developed with ergonomics in mind, as were most bullpups. The only thing awkward with my P90 is trying to carry spare mags because they don't fit standard mag pouches. I can't speak about the AUG because I've never tried one in a game, but I really like my P90 and I think I prefer it to my C15, Uzi, G36 or even the AK I used to have. I'd really like to try out an L85 but the wife won't let me buy any more guns at the moment.

Cough cough, I will hold on to your L85 for you!

I only use large guns because I am such a man. If I were not such a man, I would be the first one to jump on a P90, L85, or Type 97.

Yeah, that boneyard certainly had its highs and lows It is amazing how much the club has changed, and how all the muscles in my arms migrated down to my stomach...

Mind you, I still have all the gear in that picture. Makes me wonder what ever happened to all of those people.

For all of us, how much has our style of gear stayed the same, and how much has changed. I still like armilites and large guns (heh heh pun intended). It would be interesting to go back and do a series of photos of how some peoples kits have changed (like Dave's intro page).

Chinese you used to be woodland and black accesories all the way, the cadpat to ACU is quite a step from the origonal boneyard days...your guns have seen some change too. TM stock M4, mp5j to full metal C8...

lol...i dunno wat gun i would go for...if the the sh!t hits the fan...i would go with the m249...but for day-to-day patrol and wat not...i'd go with the m4..i'm not too keen with the psg-1..unless i was a sniper. I believe that the weapon you use depends on the scenario

horton...i've always used cadpat...but acu was a new thing for me...my c8 is undergoing some transformation right now...full systema mech box and a 6.03 innerbarrel. better range at busters lol
