JOC Battlefield 3 Game in Olds June 28th.

JOC is putting on another Battle field game in Olds at Weekend Warriors. It's an easy day trip for you guys, and the last one was huge!!!

Were at it again. Due to the uncertain nature of the KS3 game, and our incessant need for more summer airsoft, we've decided to give an encore presentation of our annual Battlefield style game. We hope this still gives everyone enough notice to make time if they'd like to attend the game.

What: Battlefield style game whereby 5 bases are 'captured' by activating either a blue or red strobelight to secure the base for your respective teams.

Where: Weekend Warriors - Didsbury, Alberta. Click here for location and contact information.

When: July 28,2007. Bar-b-que from 1700-1830h, team selection 1830-1900, gametime 1900h (barring death or dismemberment, the game will start on time! so be ready). Game will wrap up at 0000h.

Entry: $25 at the door includes hamburgers, hot dogs, and pop.

The last one we had in the spring went off great, with attendance topping out at about 125 players. Tons of Paraflares and smoke really added to the game...that and the constant drone of firefights all night long. This time we will be starting the game and positioning the teams a little differently as it got off to a bit of a lop sided start last time. Should be great.

Alright! book your time off with the boss, wifey, girlfriend, life partner, whatever...lets get another horrendous turnout for this one.

Would be good to see you guys out there. A few of us from GP will be heading down there again for this one. We left home at 8:00 am, did some shopping in Edmonton, played and were home by 6:30 Sunday morning. And it's 715 km each way for us.

940 km each way for me.

Hitch a ride with us. You only need to leave home at 6:00 am. You can even sleep along the way!!!
