Plane Crash

Craziest thing happened this morning. Sitting here typing away and I hear of a plane crash in phuket, they said my friends name and sure enough it her. Mildred Anne Furlong. We worked at camp together for a few years and were good friends. A few others from the airsoft community would know her too.

Looks like she is going to be OK but she had to crawl out the window of the plane to get out. Plus just seeing the carnage of a plane crash has probably left some serious emotional scaring.

She has been travelling all over asia for years off and on but what a surprise to hear her name on the morning news. Just glad she is alive.

news report from the first link says she has some strained muscles but no burns or major injuries.

this was the big story on the Global news tonight. They had a phone interview with her and it sounds like she is fine and gets released from the hospital sometime today. She comes back to PG within two weeks.

for sure that's scary ! That's why I'm not leaving BC ! ever !
