well, I know that means "the boat", but I did find some cool boots lacally, Mark's workwer by Wal-Mart are stocking these with and without steel toe, both versions have the kevlar flex sole and quick access side zippers.

If you zoom in on the pic you can read the tag $129.99 but I guess it's not that easy to read, the steel toe versions were $149.99

I bought some Original SWAT boots from Drop Zone in Edmonton in tan. Unfortunately, they don't sell them anymore, but Mil-Arm does, and they could be had for about $80-$120 dpending on model. Mine were $99 and I've used them for 2 full seasons + and they're still going strong. Very light, very comfortable, but not waterproof without treating the material.

But, the downside is the fitting. I usually wear a 9.5 to 10, but in the SWAT boots, I needed and 11 to fit correctly, so it's not the kind of thing I would order over the internet, unless it was a direct replacement for a pair I had.

If you find some of those at your surplus place, I personally recommend them. There's nothing worse than hiking all day in work boots that weigh a freaking ton.

Swat boots are availablh through Practical Tatical locally for bout $120, or order on the web thruogh MG Charleton for about $95 online. The ones I posted are local and have lots in stock. These boots from Mark's are really lightweight but still full-grain leather.

***Update!!*** Mark's work Wear world has these boots on clearance so they're really cheap, bought mine when I first posted this and they are awesome. Anyway they are marked down to $69.95 and less the extra 25% they r only $52.46 plus taxes... that's like half price. I might have to buy another pair just cause they are so cheap.
