| Just to let you all know that I am trying to get a CQC lined up for this winter agian. At the moment I am avioding the roller dome until my other leads fall through. The one more promising lead is the school in hart that BC training ventures used to be in. If you have any other leads (large barns, air hangers or you just forgot that you own an abondoned school) please let me know.
I am thinking of running every second weekend on Saturdays for the two months. I found every week to be a bit much but if someone wants to run the off weekends I would be more than happy to pass it on to you.

| I would really like to take a shot at the 3 board wall that the guys from Quebec use. They run a year round indoor playing area and they just drill a hole in each corner then zap strap the middle piece to the two outer pieces. They said they work really well and that there were few gaps between peices as you can just move them so they fit together well. We would get three walls free stading and fairly light for around $40 then. I think it would be worth trying at least one to see how they work. | |

| I have talked to the owner of the HUGE green buidling near my work off of opsika near 20th. (Brad knows which buidling I am talking about) It's the bulding they use for Grey hound shipping at Christmas. He is honestly considering it and it may cost us nothing as he feels like he might want to just do us a favor...this would mean LOTS MORE WALLS. The building would not be heated but I am sure we could rig up a heated staging area. THis is a massive ware house. If you are heading west on 18th towards ospika it's the last left before Ospika.
Don't hold your breath though as it is still way up in the air but still...WOOT

| Yes, the rules will change. Pay attention--they are a bit complex:
1) Anyone with 'Bill' or 'William' or any other variation of this sort in their name is limited to throwing BBs one at a time. 2)Anyone with 'Brad' or any variation thereof is allowed to have 4 full auto wepons all firing at the same time. 3)Bills are the highest point target 4)Brads are the lowest point target 5)most points wins
(I figure this will be the only way I actually get Bill before he gets me).
On another note-- other possible places: -old Hart Drugs location (after the 26th) -old Saan location -Hart Fitness studio (once Peter buys the whole place).

| I have tuesday to thursday off and will find a place by the friday hopefully. Keep the contacts coming! I willl be unavialable for the first weekend in Feb so I need someone to say they will make sure everything happens the way it should.
For FPS rules I would say lets change it to 325 (give or take 5fps) so everyone can go full auto. Pistols on semi up to 350 (give or take 10fps).

| I would have thought more along the lines of under 300 for full auto. 330 give or take on semi. | |

| I like the ~300/330 limits. It should also mean less possible damage to walls. But just how many people are running stock TM? Ive got one, but it is not exactly CQ material. By the way; McLeod Lake Elementary school has been boarded up for a couple of years now... | |

| I have a pile of stock TM springs lying around for a time such as this.
Do you have a contact for McLeod Lake? Where is that anyway?

| OK we can have the kinsmen center gym for 2 sundays a month $300. I still need to check to see if we will do any damage to any of the walls but it should be alright. As it is then we have one months rent and would need to charge for the two nights to get enough money for March.
Do we want to move ahead with this?
For more walls it would be by donation and a simpler less reliable design to just break the room up a bit.

| If we're playing I'll make sure I'm there, but there's only been a few of us posting in this thread. How many people will be coming out? Curious as to how much it would cost per person? | |

| What two sundays out of the month? Dave you should probably be there for the first game seeing as how you organized this, it's only fair you get a chance to be shot at first I would be more then willing to help move the walls we already have made and depending on when I could help build more. | |

| it's just making calls right now. All the calls I made today were just answering machines and we are not a priority for these people. I will try again but I just spent two days car shopping instead of relaxing so I wasn't to forward in my calling. The may turn into a march only CQC the way things are going for me. I can pass on some numbers if anyone else wants to make calls. | |

| I went in and talked to the kinsmen lady today. We just need to see what damage the BBs will do to the walls and if it's minimal and they are happy we are a go. We'll still have to sweep after game and we will store the walls outside behind the center. It will just be march for days (sundays). I will post a confirmation that they are good for us to be in there. This might mean that we have to go to stock springs or under 300fps or just buy some tarps to cover the walls. | |

| OK I went into the kinsmen today and shot up the gym. The walls arn't jiprock they are plywood and cynder block....AWESOME. They are charging a bit more than the boxing place but we are getting so much room. Two bathrooms, kitchen and a giant gym. $150 a day...all day...awesome. We still need to move the walls in and out plus sweeping but it'll be quite a bit easier.
Here are some dates that work for them and me. Please post what works best for you and we will give some priority to the out of towners to make it worth their while.
First two weekends for me are a write off but if someone else wants to take the lead I will gladly give it over.
March 21 or 22 March 27 is out but 28 might be a go- they have another rental in there. April 4 or 5 April 11 or 12
We will do a quick put together of the new style walls the first day as they are just plywood with holes in the corners and zap straps to hold them together.
It is looking more like March and April as Feb is booked solid. Either way this is very exciting as we might have a permanent home for CQC in prince george...WOOT

| I should be able to make those days, and would gladly help build more walls again; and I can transport walls and matterials.
Out of curiosity have we decided on a diffenit FPS Limit? I know I'm not the only one that wants to decrease it from last years. I however was one of the ones that took the worst hit (in the adams apple).

| I would be up for lowering it to 300 (give or take 10FPS) and let everyone go full auto. I would also think that 350 for pistols would be OK. | |

| I agree with the 300 full force, but just a comment most stock pistols run on propane are around 330 FPS. | |
