| Dang what a good time, huge thanks to Jason for digging out the walls behind my carport and doing the work to help me move and put together the new walls. Also thanks to all those who were able to help set-up and take down. Take down including sweeping was just over 1/2 an hour. I will check and see if we even need to sweep next time...we might not have to!
Honestly the best games we did we the ones at the end where it was 4 on 4 and the hostage game. Felt less random, someone remind me to run it similarly next time if we have 16 show up again. Good to see 16 people out and Wayne I hope you had a safe drive back.
Higlights were batteling Brandon and discovering how hard it is to beat the shield, using that hot little spetznas (scope is fine now) for a game or two and I really loved the intesity and fun that was had.
One thing I would like to see improve is our safety. I am guilty of all these things as much as anyone but I think they should still be talked about. The use of blindman should be for emergencies and there were to many times were mags were in and safetys on after it was called. I think we should keep the playing area goggles on unless we say differently from the safe point. Barrel bags would also be a must to bring guns into the kitchen as it was the same with guns being off safe and mags in the safe zone. The best way to keep an accitdent from happening is to keep the guns without barrel bags out of the safe zones.
Look forward to seeing the pics and videos and love to hear other peoples thoughts on the day. On a financial note the club now has $205ish in the account/ziplock bag. Enough for April 5th and some.

| That was a lot of fun. And I learned a lesson too--never leave the back-up at home. I've put some pics on photobucket, but they are--as usual--quite lame. | |

| I thoroughly enjoyed and had a blast. Literally. For the gun bags we'll have to bring some spare socks to put over the barrel tips, because buying a $3-20 barrel bag isn't on everyone's priority list, at least not at the top.
We need different calls, like cease-fire for an end game or just saying end game is fine too. Blind man for accidental intruders, hold fire for a pause in case someone is hurt bad, like a stepping on a nail or spraining an ankle. A designated safety person who knows basic first aid. Mine expired in 2004 or something, but as long as someone is knowledgeable to look after and gauge the injuries. Keep them from playing on a broken foot for example.
My thanks go to our photographer Beach-boy and his accomplice when BB took off. We can take this type of media and use it to demonstrate what we like to do as a club. Conservatively of course.
I'll bring rolls of flagging tape for the next game, and some socks to use as barrel bags. As well as some thicker torso gear. Still got the pox on my belly and arms.
Oh! I also have a crap load of glo-sticks i wanted to use a long time ago for a gag but didn't. Have to bring some string to tie them to things. I think they would better suit outdoor games to mark boundaries. I'll bring them to the April 5th game anyway.
Kudos to everyone who helped out to set up and take down. I wish I had more resources to share like a truck or spray paints and stencils to tag our walls.
We're all gonna need a lot more BBs as well for the next game. I say use the extra cash from last game to not only reserve the Kin Center, but purchase more BBs. I will buy them off of you locally at a game even for an increased price. Having a little basic store front for necessities like that would be good for the club. Nothing too serious. Or you can just pocket the cash difference to repair and purchase new guns and mags for the busted rentals.

Taking pics of CQB appears to be a LOT easier than Field Battles.
