| The fire selector switch on my G36C doesn't engage properly and is sometimes very stiff. I suspect there is a problem inside that is physically causing the switch to bind ( wire maybe. ) Any local gun dudes around willing to take a look?? Horton has been awesome, but not sure if he is already on holiday. Cheers Peter | |

| I'm willing to help you out. But first I have a couple recomendations you try. I had the same proble with mine and it wasn't a wire in the way. there shouldn't be a wire close to the selector. on mine the little hex screw on the lever part that you move had loosened off, this caused it to set a little crooked and made it feel stiff. | |

| I think Billy is right. Take off the fire selector via the screw on the switch, be careful when taking it off, it may have a ball bearing or spring/rubber nub combo and they may want to take off.
Take the fire selector apart and re-assemble. There are only 5 parts, including the screw, and it isn't very complex. Give it a try, and if it still isn't working correctly give Billy or me a PM and we'll work from there. | |
