my gear box doesnt turn over. i can hear it pushing but nothing.

I haven't tried to fiddle with anything as i have no expirence with this.

fully charged battery? Is is a V2 gearbox in a M4 series...yes...didn't I tell you to buy something else...yes...RANT OVER.

Make sure there is nothing jammed in the barrel
get a GOOD battery that is fully charged and try that
if not those then get a gun doc to look at it or do it yourself with the videos at

Firstly, if you can test the battery your using to rule that out.

If the battery is good, then it's something hinky in the mechbox. Could be any number of things to a poor shimming, bad motor depth, busted gear, piston head, etc. It'd have to be opened up to determine the cause.

Edit: I see Horton got to ya already. Mechbox.com is how i learned before taking my AK apart...and both my buddies' M4 series. If you do go ahead and attempt a self repair, be VERY careful since chances are if it's jammed, the spring is compressed.
