| I took a chance and just copied and pasted that coding link in with our images but I really have no idea what I am doing, it does not appeared to have worked.
EDIT- I tried a few other things with that coding but again I am a little slow so I just deleted what I had done.

| I just redid the code for the banners. I hope everyone likes em. I do my best work at 3 in the morning I know the copy of the code below doesn't work, its just there so if we need to restore the code for any reason, we have a copy here....its pretty big, so being able to cut and paste it back is important. Currently there is 4 spots for ads, but we can put in as many as we need, as long as the code is not messed up, anyone can do it (BE CAREFUL..Syntax is important!) Also the max size is 800 x 100...anything smaller WILL be enlarged to this size. I like uniformity. Admins can just 'edit' this post to see the code. Perhaps sticky this (or another thread), and have people post here to request an addition. 1) the link to their banner, and 2) the site their banner should link to. Then an admin can insert it in the code. G'night! code starts here>>>>>> hspace="0" name="bannerad" WIDTH="800" HEIGHT="100"> code ends here>>>>>> | |

| Very cool man, thanks and I'll sticky this for sure. I was thinking of removing the private section that only a few can see and just making an admin section for stuff like this. For now we'll just keep it in here. Again, well done. Nice to see some changes to the site. | |

| for some reason it doesn't change banners when I view it using Opera. Works fine with everything else I have used. Anyone else have this problem or a fix? | |

| no idea, although if you look at the code it already modifies its behavious on whether mozilla or ie is used to view it...suspect some more code work might be required.
Anyone? | |

| I think I am just one of the few who use opera and may have to suffer seeing your banner more than mine. That is unless someone with some more HTML skills is around, I am still very impressed with what you have there Mikhail.

| Thanks Dave, thats kind of you to say.
I could have SWORN that just recently there was someone around here posting that he has some javascript skills... If I could find that post, I would volunteer him. This would be a great opportunity to get someone like that involved. Javascript is NOT my speciality.
I would then ask them to setup the adds to rotate on a random basis...AND to figure out what opera wants to operate correctly.
