| Airsoft Kelowna is selling full length (M16A2) RAS units for $150. I just ordered one right now, this being the cheapest I have ever seen them (Redwolf included). This is a great RAS to give your armilite the length for a sniper mode. -Doug | |

| If I got one... I assume I'd need a longer inner & outer barrel, what else would be necessary? I think my C-15 weighs enough anyway, I'm not sure I want a longer full metal RAS... but maybe I could put some muscle on my arms if I packed that around all afternoon. | |

| Yeah, you would need a longer inner section of the outer barrel (cheap) but you would be recommend to get a M16A2 length inner barrel too (not so cheap). And... after all that, your cylinder would have to match the inner barrel volume, thus you would have to get a solid, not slotted, cylinder. Yeah... hard to convert an M4 to this, best if used from the original M16's.

| I never think of RAS as sniper stuff. Seems to have more use for other accesories like LAM, foregrip, lights, redimag that kind of stuff. Nice looking piece. | |

| Yeah, you can also notice that the front RAS is connected to the body through a rail guide. This also helps make the gun more rigid and helps with barrel wobble, a plague to the M16A2's. I must admit Horton, I am aiming for more of a space gun than proper sniper, but I am sure that isn't suprising -Doug | |

| Where can I get a rail guide? It'd be nice to throw one on my C-15 and get rid of any hint of barrel wobble. I had to tighten the front end up after my last game as there was a noticeable wobble. | |

| Redwolf has a ton of goodies. Here is the rail ($85 usd): PM Concept Rail Sleeve (Long) for C.F.F.S. (Rifle) Super long accessory rail set is designed to go with the PM Concept C.F.F.S (Rifle) foregrip to add additional rigidity to the SR16/M16 by unifying the rear receiver and the front foregrip section! Super value-saver item, oringinal price is $95 and clearance item price is $84.67 now. Of course, that is a bit pricey. The alternative is to put a raiser between the body and foregrip creating a bridge. This final RIS unit is for the AUG... Mmmmm, space gun. -Doug | |

| Well, at current mid-market exchange rates, it would be 253.230 CAD. (Our dollars is worth more than $0.90 american now). Plus $40 minimum shipping, plus $10 for weight. Yeah.... ouch... $300+ dollars for a RAS.... Yeah, it looks amazing but totally not worth the bucks You can see why I was so excited that Airsoft Kelowna was shipping a full extended RAS for a flat $150. -Doug | |
