I called the Police today and this is what they said. I did this research to ensure the safety, legality and reputation of airsoft. This is also to help those who are planning games this summer.
Police said
-must be out of city limits if not on private land (owned land).
-please mark off playing area so players do not wander out of private land.
-public land is a no go in city limits
-if someone from the public is struck they can charge with assualt.
-call police (561-3300) if you play on public land outside of city limits.
I am going to add this to the NIA rules so that everyone is on the same page.
