Open House

Ok looks like our "open house" is going to be a main event for the mall where we do security. We asked about one of their empty outside stores for after hours but it doesnt have electricity so they offered for us to set up tables in the mall like the Rod & Gun club does every year.

So we've got the date set up for November 16 & 17 and the tables reserved. If anyone wants to bring their equipment down feel free. They only ask that no batteries be in the guns and that they are all "chained" together. The times will be from 10am to 8pm on friday and 10am to 5pm on saturday.

We plan on having at least two people sitting at the tables to give out information and we are currerntly working on posters to be put up around town as well as flyers or such with information to be passed around to the public at the table.

I believe you mean October, Drache, not September.

Good luck getting a M249, the person who has one is Yuu and I don't think he's coming up anytime soon. Good luck with the open house guys

Well I talked to a friend today who said he'll try to bring his brothers 249 but might not be able to make it.

I'm still working on the posters and trying to sort an exact date out. Aedomon should hopefully have some time off in the first or second week of October.

You know... the MilSim this weekend would make... a great openhouse! There will be many many different types of guns and makes, something to sample from everything. Also, what is a better way to see what you like other than to play test them!

Well sadly the hopen house isnt going to be it seems. No one else on the team is even helping on it and now that I have other things to worry about I just cant do it by myself. It was supposed to be October 23rd but we have no place to hold it.

Heh heh heh, welcome to the joys of being a club leader. What you need are some incentives. I don't know, maybe some patches or club tags, ha ha ha.

Has Quesnel got a financial record and club account put together yet?

Also, anyone from the Q able to make it this weekend? We have lots of rentals available for people to try out.

I am really excited that Quesnel is growing as a group, sure there will be a few pains starting out, but hey, NIA will be more than glad to help out, we are still going growing and finding stuff that needs to be worked on every game.
