| OK they finally got back to me. They said they would give us the same deal as long as we clean up the BBs under the door jams better.
Someone sent me a message about using the club chrono and I wanted to remind everyone that the chrono is avialable to folks looking to make sure their gun isn't hot when they arrive at the CQC. We are not flexible with hot guns and indoor play. Hot guns don't get to play. Just message here and I can get the chrono to you.

| Rock and Roll we have out first dates up.
December is booked solid unless we want to play Christmas Eve...my wife would kill me. If there are 8 or more that show interest for that date I will book it but no attend.
Looking for some feedback very soon on doing a friday night booking as well. I am thinking start at 6:30 and go until 12:30. 6 hours is more than enough time to get some gaming in. If people are interested in a friday night I might be able to get us in for December.

| OK we have a new date now. December the 18th! What I need is someone with a truck to meet me at my house so we can load the walls and set them up at the kinsmen. Some extra muscle would help for sure. If we met at my place around 6ish that would give us time to load and get there.
The walls are 6 1/2 feet by 4 feet and there are around 50 sheets. We fit them all in Buddleys truck last time so if you have a big truck we can do them all with one or a few smaller trucks.

| still looking for a truck or two for the 18th to get the walls there.
On a different note I sent Frag a note to see if he could do some CQC training and it sounds like he might be able to do a session on room clearing during one of the cqc dates. I am trying to get him for the 18th but work can pull him away with little to no notice. Just something to get excited about. Frag has piles of experience with the French Military (the non surrendering wing) as a paratrooper and also had special CQC training. I don't know how much he wants to brag about what he's done but the session would be done by a professional.

| Reminders
I still need someone with a truck to help me move walls on the 18th.
If someone will offer storage at their house when the CQC season is over we can get more walls. My place is full with over 50 walls. We have the $$$ we just need the storage.

| heres an idea. when you have to wind up your hi cap you have another one already wound up so you just swich them out. poor wording.....when your hicap is not loading any more instead of winding it just swich it out
seems like it could work and it would save lots of money and hassles on mag size

| depends on how many BBs the high cap will wind. Some will wind lots and some very little the inconsistency of high caps is hard to create rules around. | |

| THINGS THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM LAST YEAR I just got the keys and if we want to continue to use this building there are a few things that we need to change.
1-No BBs in the kitchen-this means no loading of BBs in the kitchen. They complained that they kept finding BBs in there and it is a real bummer for us to clean up BBs from there. If mags are out when you walk in the door and noone loads in there then there should be no BBs spilling. 2-prep areas. I am thinking that we use 2 or 3 different areas to prep. We can use the kitchen, glass entry room (viewable to public...not so great), the top of the stairs in the backroom and the girls bathroom as long as there are no girls at the game. If we break up a bit it should give us all a bit of room to lay out our stuff.
These just pertain to our own safety rules. -Guns do not come into prep areas without barrel bag. We made this rule a while back and haven't stuck to it outdoors. Indoors things get cluttered and we prep really close to where we play. Mags out, safeties on and barrel bag on to bring the gun into the safe zone. -the playing area is goggles on unless said otherwise by the game host. If goggles are off in playing area then guns without barrel bags should still be safeties on and mags out but they should be put down. -we are all in charge of safety. If someones gun is hot and goggles are off then whoever sees it needs to talk to that person.
LOVE TO HEAR SOME FEEDBACK ON THESE.

| FEEDBACK: I really like the idea of enforcing the barrel bag. I know I've only been to every indoor game... a bit of a rookie you might say.. but many times I have seen mag in.. Now with a barrel bag being ENFORCED BY THE MIGHTY HAND OF DAVE even in an accident when mag is in or safety is off or bb still in chamber(all bad), you will still be relatively safe... Other than that the rest of the stuff on your list is a pain in the butt..
Oooo I like the idea of just switching out the high caps! really cool for two reasons: 1 if this is allowed I will buy your (dave's) high caps and have more mags!
2 when it comes time to reset the game all you have to do is wind the mag...as opposed to going back to the room, wherever it might be, and loading with a loader.

| We will have to test this high cap thing tonight.
I agreed the no BBs in the kitchen is a bummer but with 20+ people coming tonight I know we will have to set-up more than one staging area anyway.

| Just got some feedback from the kinsmen. They didn't find piles of BBs in the corners of rooms so they are far happier this time around. We will keep BBs just in the gym for the rest of the season.
We left the walls stacked a little deep and it covered one fire exit, I just fixed that though.
Due to the TINY amount of room to set-up gear and guns I have gotten us the observation room that is above the gym. This is amazing as it will give us an area to prepare in that is MASSIVE and it has windows that can oversee the whole arena. Can't wait for the 9th.
